Poor Mans Paradise

Poor Mans Paradise is situated on the beach at the magnificent Playa San Josecito, just a few bays and coves before San Pedrillo, the northernmost Corcovado national Park entrance. It truly has opne of the best locations of all the lodges in Drake Bay and the Osa Peninsula.

The accommodations are basic, rustic, wooden but clean and comfortable, special to enhance a true jungle and ocean experience. The lodge includes all the meals, served three times a day. Meals are basic but very complete and delicious, with fresh fish, vegetables, rice, potatoes and home made bred, plus fruits and salads and fruits juices.

The accommodations go from cabins with private bath to huts and tents equipped with comfortable wooden beds. The cabins, which are the ones we work with, have private baths with running water and showers.

The units are very clean and comfortable, and they come with private porches with hammocks and comfortable chairs for the enjoyment of the surrounding nature and views.
